Data deletion
Disconnect access. Delete the copy. Keep your passwords private.
Follow these steps to stop future platform access and ask Reallyfe Productions to delete the account data associated with Reallyfe Clip Maker.
Never send us a password
Reallyfe Productions will never ask for your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, X, TikTok, Stripe, or Reallyfe Clip Maker password to complete a deletion request.
1. Stop future social access
- Open Reallyfe Clip Maker and go to Connections.
- Disconnect each Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, or TikTok account you no longer want connected.
- Open Autopilot and pause or remove every active route.
- For an additional safeguard, revoke Reallyfe Clip Maker from the connected platform’s own Apps, Permissions, or Security settings.
Disconnecting stops future access through the saved connection. It does not automatically remove content already published to a platform.
2. Request deletion from Reallyfe Clip Maker
- Email mail@reallyfeproductions.com from the email address used for your Reallyfe Clip Maker account.
- Use the subject line Reallyfe Clip Maker data deletion request.
- Include the names of any connected Pages, Instagram profiles, YouTube channels, X accounts, or TikTok accounts that will help us locate the correct connection.
- Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, OAuth tokens, or private keys.
3. Verification and timing
We may ask you to verify control of the account or connected profile before deleting data. We will acknowledge a verified request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
4. What the request covers
A verified deletion request is intended to remove or de-identify, as applicable:
- Your Reallyfe Clip Maker account profile and synced project records.
- Eligible project files, exports, queued media, and private storage associated with your account.
- Saved social-account credentials and connection records.
- Autopilot routes, queued items, and related publishing metadata.
5. What may remain
We may retain limited information when required for transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup rotation. Information already published to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok, or another platform is controlled by that platform and may need to be deleted there separately.
Numeric finder-improvement samples that contain no transcript words or media and are no longer linked to an identifiable account may not be capable of being associated with a deletion request.
