1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Reallyfe Clip Maker (the “Service”), provided by Reallyfe Productions. By creating an account or using the Service after these Terms become effective, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old, be able to form a binding contract, and use the Service for lawful purposes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity performed through your account, and reasonable protection of your sign-in methods. Contact mail@reallyfeproductions.com promptly if you believe your account or a connected platform has been compromised.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Reallyfe Productions a limited permission to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you own the content or have every permission needed to upload, edit, caption, distribute, monetize, and publish it. This includes music, video, likenesses, trademarks, guest appearances, and content pulled from a public social profile. A public post is not automatically free to reuse.

4. Connected platforms

You may connect accounts from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, or other providers. Your use of those providers remains subject to their terms and policies. You authorize the Service to use approved permissions to read account information and to publish or schedule content at your direction.

Platform availability, review decisions, rate limits, account restrictions, and API changes are outside our control. You are responsible for confirming the destination, caption, visibility, schedule, rights status, and platform compliance before enabling automatic publishing.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-generated clip choices, titles, captions, descriptions, tags, brand looks, and other suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. Review outputs before publishing. Reallyfe Clip Maker does not guarantee reach, monetization, audience growth, or platform approval.

6. Autopilot and scheduled publishing

Autopilot can detect eligible posts and prepare, schedule, or publish content according to rules you configure. Automatic actions can continue until you pause or remove the route, disconnect the account, or the Service can no longer complete the action. You remain responsible for every active rule and published item.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or malicious content.
• Bypass platform permissions, access another person’s private account, or misrepresent authorization.
• Introduce malware, interfere with the Service, probe security, or evade usage limits.
• Resell access, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits.

8. Purchases and credits

Optional AI scans may be sold as one-time credit packs through Stripe. Prices and included usage are shown before checkout. Credits are not legal tender, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Taxes may apply.

Purchases are final except where required by law or where a duplicate charge or verified technical failure prevents delivery of the purchased credits. Refund requests should be sent to mail@reallyfeproductions.com with the account email and Stripe receipt.

9. Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations affected by third-party platforms. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Reallyfe Productions does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, permanent compatibility with a platform, or preservation of every local or hosted file. Keep independent backups of important source material and exports.

To the extent permitted by law, Reallyfe Productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost reach, platform penalties, or lost data arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Legal proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
